How a lesson runs

Teach

The tutor introduces or revises the concept with worked examples on the board, timed to what the school is testing next.

Practise

Students work from the Everest booklet while the tutor checks every student's working, so mistakes are caught in the room.

Ask

The last part of every class is doubt time and one-to-one guidance. Nobody moves on until everyone has it, and the booklet goes home with answers at the back.

The booklet is the tool, not the lesson. Every class is taught; the booklet holds the worked examples, the practice set and the answers so students keep working between classes.

Questions parents ask

Is the first masterclass class really free?
Yes. Every new student's first class is free with no payment details, no entry test and no lock-in. Book the trial, come to the class, and decide afterwards.
Can my child join part way through a term?
Yes. Students can join in any week of the term and are invoiced only for the weeks remaining.
What happens if my child misses a class?
Up to two missed classes a term carry forward as credit to the next term with 24 hours notice, and the class materials are provided.
How many students are in a class?
Classes are capped at 10 students so the tutor can check every student's work each week. Most classes run with six to eight.
