Medicine and dentistry interview coaching for WA applicants
Everest Tutoring coaches WA medicine and dentistry applicants for the interview: a recorded station with video feedback every week from late October, scored circuit days with actors and a mixed panel between 21 and 29 November, and a written report after every circuit, before the first interview round from 30 November to 11 December. The first round is the one that matters.
Two interview days in early December on predicted ATARs, against one smaller round in January. Everything in the programme is timed to the December fortnight.
| Stage | When | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Cohort start | Late October 2026 | Frameworks for ethics, communication and personal insight begin. One recorded station with video feedback every week. |
| Circuit days | 21 to 29 November 2026 | Scored circuit days with actors and a mixed panel, eight timed stations each, mark sheet per station and a written report. |
| Invite sprint | 16 to 29 November 2026 | Two weeks of daily practice for applicants who have received an invitation, including a circuit day. |
| First interview round | 30 November to 11 December 2026 | The main WA round, run over two interview days on predicted ATARs. The programme is built to peak in the fortnight before it. |
| Second round | January 2027 | A smaller round for WA applicants once actual ATARs are released. The January sprint runs across the uncontested late-December window. |
Pick by how many scored stations you want to have performed.
Every tier is built on the same thing: real stations in front of a panel, scored on a mark sheet, with written feedback you can act on before the next one.
| Tier | From | Stations | Circuits and intensives | One-to-one | Reports |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Circuit Day | $449 | 8 scored stations | 1 circuit day | - | Mark sheet per station plus a written report within the week |
| The Program | $1,190 | About 48 performed stations | 2 circuit days plus a two-day intensive | Weekly recorded station with video feedback | Written report after every circuit |
| Offer Track | $2,490 | About 72 performed stations | 3 circuit days, invite sprint and January sprint | 6 hours one-to-one | Written report after every circuit plus a post-interview debrief |
What a station looks like
Eight minutes, one actor, two markers, one mark sheet. Then the part that changes your score: what the coach writes afterwards.
A station, start to finish
You are handed the prompt: a classmate on your group assignment has stopped replying to messages, and the work is due in two days. Enter the room and speak with them.
An actor plays the classmate. A panel of two scores you on a mark sheet: communication, reasoning, empathy and structure. The clock is visible and the station ends on the buzzer.
You get the mark sheet with a written comment per criterion, and a summary across all eight stations within the week. Every word a student reads is written by a coach, never by a model.
Coaches score every station live on the same mark sheet, then write the feedback themselves. Everest uses AI to help coaches prepare and to check that nothing in a report is missing; it never writes or signs the feedback a student reads.
In WA the first round runs over two days in early December on predicted ATARs and carries the main cohort. The January round is smaller. Preparation that peaks in January peaks too late.
