Each listing, with its own rating

No single Everest listing is both 4.9 and 200-plus reviews, so the site states the figure per centre and a weighted average, never a rounded-up headline.

Read off the Google Business Profiles on 11 September 2026. The weighted average of 4.8 is by review count, not a simple mean of the four ratings.

“Regular progress reviews and constructive feedback.”

“I went here for classes for a term after being happy with the free trial session, but the trial wasn’t like the term classes. There was minimal teaching in classes and more just handing out booklets to students.”

How we collect reviews

The practice, written down

Parents are asked once, by SMS, after the first term of classes, with a link to the Google listing for their centre. Nobody is asked twice and nothing is offered in return.

Everest staff, tutors and their families are asked not to review the business. Reviews are never bought, drafted for a parent or filtered before they go up, and none can be removed by us: Google owns the listings.

Four-star, three-star and critical reviews are shown on this page alongside the five-star ones. Where Everest has replied on Google, the card says so.

Policy details are confirmed by Everest management; last reviewed 13 September 2026.

If a review on this page is yours and you want it taken down, or the attribution corrected, tell us and it comes off the same day. The Google listing is yours to edit either way.
What a lesson actually looks like

The criticism that mattered most was that a term class felt like booklets being handed out. Every class is taught at the board first, then practised while the tutor checks each student's working, then doubt time. How we teach.

Questions about our reviews

Where do these reviews come from?
Every quote on this page is transcribed word for word from a Google Business Profile review or from the quotes already published on the Everest free-trial page. The ratings and counts were read off the four Google listings on 11 September 2026.
Does Everest offer anything in return for a review?
No. Parents are asked once, by SMS, after the first term, with a link to the Google listing for their centre. There is no discount, no prize draw and no follow-up chasing. Staff and their families are asked not to review.
Why show the bad ones?
Because they are the most useful reviews on the page. One parent wrote that the term classes were not like the free trial and were "more just handing out booklets". That is the criticism this business took most seriously, and the lesson structure on every programme page (taught at the board, then practised with the tutor checking, then doubt time) is the answer to it.
