Questions parents ask about Years 7 to 10

What does Years 7 to 10 tutoring cost?
One subject is $350 per 10-week term, two are $600 and Maths, Science and English together are $800. Prices include GST, the first class is free, and mid-term joiners pay only for the weeks left.
Do you tutor Year 6 as well?
Yes, in Maths and English only: $350 per term for one subject and $600 for both. Year 6 students preparing for the March selective entrance test should look at the Year 6 GATE class instead, which covers all four ASET components.
Do the classes follow what my child is doing at school?
Yes. Booklets follow the WA curriculum year by year and tutors reorder topics to match each school's assessment calendar, so a topic is taught in the weeks before it is tested. Bring the school's course outline to the first class.
Can my child do the classes at their own school?
Students at Harrisdale Senior High School can take Maths, English and Science on campus straight after school, Monday to Thursday from 3:15pm to 4:15pm, taught from the school's own course outlines.
What if we need one subject in person and another online?
That is fine. Online classes run on Zoom at the same cap and the same price as the centres, and the subject-count discount still applies across the two formats.
