Everest Tutoring enrolment is four steps: pick the programme, pick the class that suits your week, and pay for the 10-week term by card. The first class is still free, so the first invoice covers the weeks after it. Enrolment rolls over each term automatically, and you change class, pause or stop from the parent portal.

How it works

Three steps, then you are in a class next week.

Pick the programme and class

Choose the subject and the day that suits your week. The booking flow shows the real classes with seats left, and offers a waitlist place if one is full.

Give six details and pay

Student name, parent name, mobile, email, school and anything we should know. Card payment covers the weeks left in the term. The free class is not charged.

Manage it in the portal

Invoices, absences, reports and class changes all live in the parent portal. Enrolment rolls over each term until you change or stop it.

Questions about enrolling

Do I have to enrol before the free class?

No. Book the free class first with no payment details. A tutor calls or messages you afterwards, and you enrol only if you want to continue.

When am I charged?

Group classes are invoiced for the term at enrolment, by card. Join mid-term and you pay only for the weeks remaining. One-to-one is charged to a card on file after each session, and UCAT is billed fortnightly.

Does enrolment continue automatically next term?

Yes. Enrolment rolls over each term so your child keeps the same class and tutor. You will see the next term's invoice in the parent portal before it is charged, and you can stop or change class from there.

What if the class we want is full?

Classes are capped at 10, so full means full. The booking flow offers a waitlist place and shows you the other times that run the same programme; the centre team calls you when a seat opens or a new section starts.
